Our story
Our story began back in the year 2000 when I embarked on my lifelong culinary journey. Over the years, I gained invaluable experience until 2021.
In 2021, I received an offer for a new partnership, which led to the establishment of my company, Milenium Gastronomy s.r.o. After 21 years, I decided to put to use the experience I had gathered in both Czech and international restaurants—and there were plenty of them. But one principle has always held true: “Give people the best, and they will gladly return.“
An essential part of success is an outstanding team and friendly, perhaps even family-like relationships with customers. Together with high-quality ingredients, modern equipment, and the latest culinary trends, these elements form the backbone of Milenium Kitchen.
